BCD325P2

I bought a Uniden BCD325P2, programmed it with my local pd/fd channels using radio reference software but now every time it stops on a channel it cuts out after about 2 seconds, as if it is going back to check a priority channel. All this is P25 by the way. Any ideas?

Any type of priority scanning going on or perhaps Weather or Close Call? If the "cutting out" happens at regular intervals (every X seconds) that is it.
