BCD436HP Help

I hope this is the right forum...I received my new BCD436HP today and plugged it in to download sentinel and got an error of "city data read error" which I can't seem to get past.
I have not downloaded sentinel as I do not know where to find it.
Is it possible to replaced the database on the card?
