I've programmed the Sentinel software with a Favorites List (to which I've assigned Favorites QK 1) that contains 6 systems in total. One of them is a P25 system to which I've assigned QK1. Four of them are Conventional to which I've assigned QKs 2, 3, 4 and 5. The last one is a Motorola System to which I assigned QK 6. After I uploaded the Favorites List to the scanner and go into Menu, Manage Favorites and select this Favorites List, Review/Edit System, I can see all 6 systems, and I can confirm that each System has the QKs I've assigned. However, when I go into Menu, Set Scan Selection, Manage Quick Key Status, System Quick Key, and select the List, I only see the 4 Conventional Systems. I do not see anything for QK 1 or 6. And when I scan the list, I can only scan the the 4 conventional systems. Its as if the P25 and the Motorola systems are not programmed at all. I must be doing something wrong, or didn't do something I should have. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply. I've checked the scanner and as far as I can tell there are no avoids. For good measure I've gone and stopped all avoiding, and cleared all avoids at every level - for the list and the systems. When I did that I got a message that there was nothing avoided.

I'm at a loss. I'm thinking the best thing to do may be to clear all user data from the scanner and start from scratch. Is there a downside to doing this?

Had same issue when new to the 436/536. Enter your Zip Code and your missing trunked systems should appear. When rebooting after writing to the memory card, don't select Nationwide Data Base.

Clearing the user data is probably not going to help. That function would be used if you have corrupted files on the SD card.

It's possible that some Quick Keys (System/Department/Site) are turned off. If you have turned Location Control On for the Favorites List, you could be out of range.

Lastly I'd confirm the Service Types for channels in your Favorites List have been turned on in the scanner.

These scanners are very complex and there are numerous "little things" that could be an issue. Just a matter of time running them down.
