If I just updated my my.uniden.com account (user name jon.evers) with my ESN Number, my Check Sum number, and tick the confirmation address box, will Uniden send me a Big Battery Replacement automatically, or do I need to do something further.

I haven't got a email nothing came yet by mail. Figure be a few days later since xmas was the other day. Thanks for you all what you all do.

I was thinking of mentioning that, but thought that perhaps you had a work account and a home account. Uniden support walked me though moving the DMR and NXDN license keys from the original owner to my account.

Uniden Support did all the transfer for me. Now its on bravo14.

I'm waiting patiently for the Uniden rep who said they could look up my additional battery status. I had registered my serial number incorrectly so was making no progress. He/she asked for my password, but I hesitate to post my pw on an open forum like this. There must be another way to look up my info. I left my email in a previous post.
