I'm headed to Bham at the end of June for a week of work stuff, so I'll check their branch. It still doesn't explain why the inputs were so much clearer than the outputs.

Okay, so today I verified the FRB in NOLA as using 406.6625 ($110) for their "police" dispatch channel. I have no idea what was going on last summer.

More sleuthing is needed, but this satisfies me a little.

FYI, I have a friend that works for Gulfport PD and I know for a fact that they use a encrypted trunking system for their radios with a VoIP backup over Verizon. the incar Data, Dashcam, and Emergency Call also has redundant path back to dispatch thru the radio and Verizon.

Well I could go into detail but I would rather not due to being a subcontractor for Gulfport PD. But thanks for the helpful response. I can see that you bring a lot to this community.
