Broadcastify feed via proscan

I am running an sds200 through a lan connection into proscan for my feed. I was notified my feed was down. When I went to check it said it was connected. I rebooted my pc and restarted everything. Proscan connects and shows connected. My feed is still showing offline. I didn't make any changes to anything. I am not sure what to try next.
