I’m not sure why people have issues with this?
I have my PC connected by Ethernet to my SDS and use Windows 11 connection sharing 🤷🏻‍♂️
Proscan sees the scanner fine and I can control and use LAN audio.
I even use OBS to record sessions whilst using it?

What confuses me in above setup is that the PC and WLAN AP+SDS seem to be on a different subnet.
The SDS is at 192.168.0.1,
The Wlan AP is at 192.168.0.254, (providing subnet via dhcp 192.168.0.100 to 192.168.0.254, as per manual).
While the computer seems to be at 192.168.4.70.
So... (assuming a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0)
SDS is on the subnet 192.168.0.x
WLANAP is on subnet 192.168.0.x
PC is on subnet 192.168.4.x
Both subnets do not see each other, therefore the PC will not see WLAN AP and SDS.

solution 1:
If this is the case, a (manual) route needs to be set between them both subnets, therefore a router is needed...
(so assuming you use an internetmodem+WLAN AP, this would be in the internet modem)
OR
Solution2:
All need to be moved to the same subnet...

The reason people have issues with this is like anything else that someone may not be experienced with! it sounds like you are well experienced with this type of setup! I for one am definitely not experienced and i am very interested in how you have your scanners connected. if you wouldn't mind elaborating with a little more detail i would most certainly appreciate it!
