So I didn't think 154.22 is going away. But lots of counties (including Gloucester and Camden) have a rebroadcast of their county Fire/EMS dispatch channels on their respective trunked systems. I was hoping that for ease of use (where you don't necessarily need two devices to hear dispatch and ops) the county would include a rebroadcast of F-1 on the new system.

I really couldn't answer that one. I'll ask a fire chief I know as you have a good point. I do know that all the pagers out there won't be changed out.
If the pagers are not being changed then 154.220 will remain as is.

Looks like the issuing of radios and training has been pushed out to January.
Interesting. I have not heard any activity on the system in weeks.
This past Monday (2-Dec-19) there was a lot of clear transmissions on TG 3201. All radio checks from undisclosed locations. They were testing emergency buttons on portables and inhibit/uninhibit functionality.
That appears to be a fill in site for the Burlington County Courthouse.
Not to wake up an old thread but has anybody heard any activity on the new system. I'm the little bit of time I have listened each afternoon it has been silent. I know official acceptance of the system was supposed to be December 31 according to a document released in July. Any word on a channel line up for Fire/EMS?
Unofficially, I had heard of some sort of issue with Motorola in January. Supposedly the portables will get distributed sometime in February

I can confirm not much activity on the system lately. I figured the county guys were hunkered down in radio programming/configuration mode. They have a lot to do.

Thanks for the update. Unofficially I'll just file this information away in my mind, continue to monitor, and see what the month of February brings.
From a source close to the county: Looking at a start date in early April, Fire & EMS to be in the clear, "normal" law enforcement ops will be in the clear but will be capable of encryption. Of course this is subject to change.

Wow, that is awesome news!!
Fire/EMS/OEM Template. Doesn't have the TG numbers. Units will be told what R TG to use on dispatch. FG channels will be simplex.

Looks like either the NJICS system is in there as well as a seperate system or as an ISSI setup
