dv-1 trunked systems "tab"

Hey G have two questions.
1 why when using RR with butel software to import trunked systems there's not tab to do so.
when i login to RR from my chrome it shows the tab. ?
2 i find it very hard to figure out why i can't change my IF BANDWIDTH with the software. i wonder if
it has something to do with RF GAIN OR A MANUAL SETTING.

The DV1 is not a trunk scanner so you can't import trunk systems.
IF bandwidth depends on the mode so first set mode.

Hi Gommet---- have used several of your programs in the past and always well satisfied. I am not familiar with your DV1 program yet, but lots of folks do import all the frequencies of a trunked system, put them into a bank, and than just scan them as channels. hoping for the best.

On systems (or at times) when they are not overly active, you can get a pretty good idea of what's going on with the system activity that you can monitor in this fashion.

But somehow, I think you already know that
