I didn't want to get into specifics because I figured if anyone else was having any issue at all they would chime in. This way I would be able to determine if this was just my problem or global problem.

The issue that I am having is that the radio is failing to stop on any of the talk groups. It looks like it wants to however. What I mean is that for a split second, not even long enough to read, the screen will change from the scan display, to whatever channel and frequency are being received. It looks like the screen is having a seizure to be honest.

That's the best way that I can describe it. I travel through the area a lot and I have just noticed this problem within the past few days.

I'm assuming the radio is working fine on other systems?

Seizure.... do you mean the radio rapdily flashes between lock on the talkgroup and scan and back again during a conversation (and you can't hear anything)?

If so - I've seen this on other radios I have and I *think* I fixed it by reloading the firmware (I could be wrong).

Yes. The radio is working great on other systems.

That is exactly what I mean by seizure haha

Ahh great....firmware. I liked it better when theses things took crystals.
