Has anyone noticed Canfield OPS dispatch is now ENC? Did they bump the switch or what happened?

Canfield,Boardman,Youngstown,Campbell & Jackson/Milton/Craig Beach,Struthers,Poland MCSO all went Encrypted.
Which baffles me because it’s Austintowns system and they’re still open.
Will add once a blue moon you’ll hear a cruiser but all dispatch is dark.

Yes, they went back to clear. Not sure what happened. ENC only lasted a few days.
