Cannot download demo software

My new RS Pro-106 should be delivered this afternoon. I ordered and received a new RS 20-546 Prog cable and it came with the ARC500 demo software disc. Trying to get a jump on things, I transfered the SW to my PC. When I open the SW menu, Internet, Free RR SW download, I get to the RR web service, build 45 popup window. I then try to open the state dropdown window, but it is greyedout. I cannot click and get it to open. Is This because I am using Hughesnet Sattelite service? I had read that sattelite internet may not work.

If so, is there another SW program that will download via sattelite?

IE 8 64bit
Win 7

You can always try the made-in-America products (that demo stuff ain't ) for free: PSREdit500 or Don Starr's Win500.

This problem is caused by the Hughesnet 'turbopage' option. Contact hughesnet support and let them turn off the 'turbopage' option.

I just talked to Hughesnet. They turned off TurboPage option. That was the problem. The state dropdown menu now opens.
