Hello, I downloaded proscan and used it with out any issues during the free trial period. After the trial ran out i purchased it on a different computer than the one im actually using it on. I cannot get it to connect on the computer im using it on but it will on the compter that i purched it on. Do i need to uninstall it and reinstall?

No, one purchase gives you two activations. Define "cannot get it to connect" You're unable to complete activation on computer #2 or something else?
Yes I cant get computer 2 to logon to proscan which is the computer i have my scanner connected too.
Any errors come up when you try to activate? Have you restarted the computer & temporarily turned off antivirus?

Ok I click on the proscan icon on my desktop It opens the small blue screen with Buy ok and key.
when i click on ok it takes me to the proscan.org webpage.

You need to click "Enter Key" as shown. Enter the registration name and key as was given to you via email. Box will say "Activation Successful" if you indeed have another activation left. Clicking OK as you found takes you to the Proscan web page if you haven't activated it on computer #2
Remember, if you want to move it to a new computer, you need to first "Remove Activation" under the Tools tab. You get 2 computers per license but can change to a different one if needed.
