CHP Black2 in Sacramento & Yolo counties

Hearing radio testing right now between "5325" and "CHP RRV 9" on 42.3600 CTCSS 173.8. Hearing both units on the same frequency and it sounds like they are going through a mountain top.

diff channels will be accessed using different NAC codes depending on what channel they want to talk on

it will just be logic programmed nac xx1 will be gold2 base nacxx2 will be gold2 rptr input etc

something along those lines

Dispatch just did a broadcast on Black2 saying the radio techs were doing a radio update on Black and told all units to switch to the Blue.

CHP OCAPS now telling all units to go to channel 1 while radios are updated. Said dispatch is on portable radio.
