A City of Tulsa work truck has busted through the overpass railing on North HWY 75 above westbound I-44 and is hanging from the overpass. Odot is trying to figure out a way to get the truck off and how much damage has been done to the bridge. Northbound HWY 75 traffic is being diverted off at I-44 eastbound exit and fed around the area, westbound I-44 is delayed as well.
