Comanche Tribal FD

I was in Roland today, getting some gas, and up rolls a black Titan placarded with Comanche Tribal Fire all over it. I did not know that the tribe has its own FD and
since there were no antennas on the truck ... does anyone know if they are even dispatched and what area do they cover?

Sounds like a BIA department maybe? Osage Nation has some that run around inside (and outside) the tribal boundary assisting local FDs and are subject to call by the Forestry.
