Ok, below is a link to my spreadsheet. Please remember I'm nowhere near KS/MO. You don't have to believe anything on the spreadsheet. If it's useful to you, awesome. If not, no harm-no foul.

Please also keep in mind that I have no idea whose licenses (if any) are involved in this system other than Commenco and Midwest Radio Service. The reason you see TFMCOMM and TBS Electronics is because, for a small number of the sites listed on the MWRS coverage map, I'm unaware of any trunked licenses around those areas belonging to Commenco / Midwest Radio Service but have found trunked licenses for TFMCOMM and/or TBS Electronics. I also did not check non-trunked licenses, and as many or all of you may know, some LMR operators are notorious for not keeping FCC licenses accurate / using frequencies licensed for a different area, or in some cases not having a license at all -- Just like some LMR operators are notorious for using Part 22 frequencies.
Some of you may also notice that for some of the locations, the licenses do not really match up to the Site Names. For example:
Atchison - the site I reference is actually 5 mi E of Atchison in Rushville, MO
Barclay - the site I reference is actually Osage City, KS
Warrensburg - the site I reference is Fayetteville, MO (tower site of KCMW-FM Warrensburg)
Chapel Hill -- I have no idea where this site is
- there is a Chapel Hill community around Overland Park area
- closest trunked license I could find was Commenco WPPC498, Spring HIll KS (Miami) - no DMR emissions on license
