TGs 11152, 11344, 11349, 11360, 11361, 11362, and 11407 heard so far.
Best guess for 11344 would be Alma Electric.
The Consumers Remus tower and possibly Farwell are off the air.
Still getting EDACS control channels on the Consumers Big Rapids and Stanton towers.

8843543 was in Beaverton doing a leak survey, and 8840421 was in the Village of Mecosta.
Possibly Alma Gas (06-127 on EDACS).

Nothing seems to have changed in the mid-mi area, in fact anyone else notice besides me that there hasn't been any tower frequency adds in this area and thumb?
EDACS towers are still on. Haven't heard any unusual's in this area. Last I tuned in a couple days ago EDACS was still being used, now today its been silent.

One thing eventually at least when we eventually deprecate the EDACS system, any changes wont be turning 66 counties in the database green anymore!

Ronaldski, the Mount Pleasant tower didn't add any new frequencies either.

From what I've seen, when bay county went P25, there was and still are only 5 voice frequencies and since then Road commission, animal control, assuming Consumers energy will too come on, five voice seems very inadequate. They definitely rely heavily on the Sterling, Rodd st and Baker rd towers for site neighbors as I fully anticipated frequency adds for Consumers. Maybe still will happen I guess, certainly the techs look at channel-tower loading.

Just did a search through the old EDACS system. The only two sites I am hearing online are Dundee and Royal Oak. The other sites are now off the air.

Big Rapids/Norwich and Stanton are the only ones I can hear in this area.
The Big Rapids MPSCS tower is already using 858.8125 taken from the EDACS system.

Grayling EDACS is still on the air, but roscommon is not. St. Helen MPSCS is now using 859.8125 which was on the EDACS West Branch site. On MPSCS Grayling, a few new channels matching the consumers license were commissioned in June, and are now active.

On Grayling EDACS, i see no traffic, except denials for one user that was always just a data burst of some sort.

On their EDACS system, they seemed to have the ability to request to talk. Fromthe discussion I heard, It sounds like they have a button on their new radios to do the same thing. For example, there is no traffic, and all of the sudden dispatch says "go ahead xyz unit"

I don't know how much of the county is handled by DTE out of Big Rapids.
