Can someone confirm what channel is NAC 71 on 154.755? Is that the "East Sno County" channel? I've heard that Bellingham uses D70 NAC, so does Mt Vernon..? I guess there's also a "West Sno County" channel too..?

I caught a days worth of activity yesterday with dispatch using NAC 71. It didn't hit me at the time so I already deleted the recordings. I can check them tonight when I get home.

Oddly the traffic didn't start until 1730 hours today. Had about 40 recordings until midnight. Sadly the decode was poor and wasn't able to make out much. I got one location which was Marysville, west of I-5 opposite Arlington Airport.

Dispatcher mentioned requests from Everett PD and SCSO. Wonder if it could be a NAC for specific units only...

Yes - that is the "East Sno County" channel. The different NAC's are to prevent co-channel traffic from being heard on the wrong radio (Bellingham troops hearing East Sno, and East Sno hearing Bellingham).

Even though the topography probably limits that a lot, I guess there could be instances where a field unit has some elevation, and would potentially hear traffic not intended for their area.

Thanks T68 yeah I figured it was for either East or West. I'm hearing mostly dispatcher traffic but I hear the random unit here and there.
