Here's another new one that is not in the RRDB. I've been listening for it in Pope County, but nearby Dardanelle PD on 155.6700 drowns it out for me:

Damascus Police / Fire, FCC license WQYR331, frequency is 155.6775 MHz, licensed for narrow band FM and DMR digital. Since most new radio systems in Van Buren county have been for the DMR digital recently, that is my bet, rather than NFM.
