Have had my 436 for 2 months. Have plugged it in sentinal at least 4 times and always says database it current. Do I just go with it or wipe everything out, reset the 436 and load it? Thanks.

Hopefully what was done today resolves the op's problem of sentinel saying current for 2 months.
2. Make sure you are downloading the DB into Sentinel and writing it to the scanner.

3/20/22 is last update on the 436.ALL that message is telling you is that - The database in Sentinel that is stored on your Windows computer is up to date. It does not tell you anything all about the version of the database that is stored on the SD card in the 436 scanner. If you have owned the scanner for several months and have not written the database from Sentinel to your scanner, the database on your scanner is probably very outdated and reflects what the previous owner had written to the scanner (which could be a long time ago).
You can go into the MENU system on the scanner and select Manage Database, then click on Information and that will tell you what version is in the scanner.

Database version on sentinal is 5/2/22
Is it possible sentinal is confused with my SDS200? I do verify in sentinal its the 436 hooked up.
