Thanks

I've got the new TRS frequencies programmed in a FL on a few of my scanners, no control signal yet. What specific countywide frequencies were you hearing the testing on?
Oh, and this was on the 500 band freqs.I've got the new TRS frequencies programmed in a FL on a few of my scanners, no control signal yet. What specific countywide frequencies were you hearing the testing on?

Nope, just a spot check on a simulcast channelThanks, nothing big then. What caught my ear was the word simulcast. What would that have been?
Gotcha, this one is a couple blocks from my house:Click any one of the licenses in my quote you re-quotted. They're all listed there (same frequencies, different licenses) Nothing is online yet so therefore nothing can be submitted to the RRDB

New TRS indeed will be simulcast but I'm pretty sure the simulcast mentioned on air is regarding the 6-site simulcast DMR conventionals licensed to the county as a back up for when tropospheric ducting & other issues with the legacy T-band conventional system become an issue. See this posting for more info on thatI didn't know Delco was a simulcast system I guess that's what caught my attention
Negative, there are quite a few simulcast channels currently in the county on the analog and those DMR frequencies you mentioned are not simulcast.New TRS indeed will be simulcast but I'm pretty sure the simulcast mentioned on air is regarding the 6-site simulcast DMR conventionals licensed to the county as a back up for when tropospheric ducting & other issues with the legacy T-band conventional system become an issue.
