I always seem to miss the radio testing during the day. Is there a certain time frame that the testing is done. I do receive the automated dispatch messages when I do listen

Question for anyone using Sentinel to program their Uniden scanner. It seems that Sentinel is not pulling over the "Interop Category Tslkgroups 401-405". I do not recall how to download something from RR to Sentinel, can someone help

You can see in the logs here: OpenMHz

Pretty often.
The TG aliases have been updated last evening. I was watching on the back end and I'm gonna add a few more dongles in the future ( currently two) . I just need to find my SMA right angle adapters and mini moto antennas that are buried in the basement ...........somehwere

Does anyone here have a Unication G5 that they have programmed with the new system? Can you send a file or code plug so I can copy? I just purchased a G5 and trying to get a grip on programing and I am getting a headache. I also was trying to load the current DELCO 500. Thanks in advance.

Now is the perfect time to learn to make a minor edit to an FL in Sentinel while you wait for the Uniden db update .

Edit Favorite List
Select Favorite List
Select System in the FL
Click New Department (the plus sign)
Go to the new Department
Add/edit any location/Quick Key data as needed
Click New TGID (the plus sign)
Add TGID, edit text/tag & tgid, select service type.
Save.
Update/Write changes to Scanner.
Done.

My home 20 eating pizza.
Listening from a few hours away that OpenMHz feed is great. But I’m glad it allows selecting what I want to hear. I usually deselect whatever TGs are being tested that day and only listen to the dispatches when that’s active then will flip to any of the Broadcastify feeds as needed.

The testing is fun for a while but where I an we went through that a few years ago. I don’t need to relive that even if it is way more entertaining than the goobers that hosed up this system here. 😂

Hate to be a pest. How do you open the Zip? It is looking for a program. Or is this an import document to sds100?

It is a compressed file. It needs to be extracted before you can use it. Windows should know how to open the file. But there are few programs that can open it. I believe 7zip is popular, or WinZip. Once extracted, it can be imported into Sentinel as an FL.
Also can you send the dmr file separately
If you actually got it unzipped and imported into Sentinel, you can append the DMR backup system to a separate FL (new or existing) and delete it from the current one. Or import the file once and rename it. Then import again and delete the other system. If that makes sense.. There's a few ways to get the cat outta the bag.
