It is a compressed file. It needs to be extracted before you can use it. Windows should know how to open the file. But there are few programs that can open it. I believe 7zip is popular, or WinZip. Once extracted, it can be imported into Sentinel as an FL.Hate to be a pest. How do you open the Zip? It is looking for a program. Or is this an import document to sds100?
If you actually got it unzipped and imported into Sentinel, you can append the DMR backup system to a separate FL (new or existing) and delete it from the current one. Or import the file once and rename it. Then import again and delete the other system. If that makes sense.. There's a few ways to get the cat outta the bag. Also can you send the dmr file separately
