Disorganized, you bet. Ordered my PRO-197 shortly after midnight on Wednesday/early Thursday. Order status has been showing "Located in stock". Waiting for an email giving me the tracking number. Guess what. FedEx tried to deliver it today, signature service requiring my signature. But, no was was home so they could not leave it and, according to the delivery tag stuck on my door, I could not ok delivery without my signature. Tag said they would try two more times. However, no one will be home then either. Called FedEx. They said that they could leave it at the closest Kinkos. All I needed to pick it up was the Tracking Number and ID. But, I don't have the Tracking Number. Called Radio Shack. Automated line gave same status as web. Got through to a Rep. He couldn't come up with a Tracking Number either. Said he would leave a priority message for the warehouse to call me tomorrow with the Tracking Number. He also said that the warehouse was having issues. Yeah, I'd say so. There is an old military term to cover this, FUBAR.
Be aware, RS ships these high dollar items FedEx, Signature Service. So, if you won't be home, make arrangements. FedEx does deliver on Saturday. But in my case, the third delivery try would be on Thursday. SOL.
