For the past 5 days there has been alot of digital traffic on frequencies 860.9625 and 859.9625. The traffic being heard is too much to be I-Calls.
At times when the digital is heard the talkgroup 12400 has been seen flashing from time to time.
EMSA may be using digital without a talkgroup. Just like the Federal Governments uses on 170.750 Mhz.
Nothing heard on 12400, 12592, 12634 or 12656. Those have been monitored on a digital scanner with all other talkgroups locked out.
