Discarded Wave out

I run three RTLSDR v3's however I get a lot of discarded wave out packets. would upgrading to Hackrf one or an airspy r2 help resolve this? I could increase my antenna height, but that requires I take down my mast and run more cable as well as an expensive splitter. This would also be literally line of sight. I use the nooelec lana as well with some improvement. chanigng gain is not improving my signal. might also be a fm issue?

the tower is less than a mile (0.81) from my home. running indoor, probably less than ideal.

I think discarded wave out is more of an audio problem than an SDR problem

It means that the originally-selected audio device has been disconnected or otherwise not working. Just select another audio out path in the output menu. It happens to me using RDP as RDP takes over the audio outputs but once the session disconnects, the speakers/headphones/etc come back. Then DSDPlus throws the WaveOut errors because it expects to see the RDP output but isn't there anymore, so I have to "mute" or lower the DSDPlus volume all the way to -50. DsdPlus Fastlane "discarded WaveOut blocks"

I had this problem too when trying to use RDP. I had better luck with VNC.
