The frequency is 145.99 There's been some posts on Usenet that the astronauts were using the ISS radio on 437 Mhz to rebroadcast the signal, but this is untrue - in fact, Bill has talked to several hams since the launch and has said that even they can't hear it very well, if at all.

According to the SuitSat blog, she's still transmitting...and according to J-Track, should be in range for reception in the States any minute now...
