yep they were talking from guard towers and observing prisoner movement however I was picking up a lot of traffic from VA to include UHF for the first time, no telling on location with these conditions in early am

Does anyone in the Raleigh area have the ability to decode the North Hills Cap+ DMR system? My sds100 is asking for LCN info and I have no way of getting that info.
I have a TRX-1 which doesn't truly trunk CAP+ systems, but doesn't require a LCN, I'm able to hear them on with a CC of 1 TG 2. You will also hear radio traffic from other Kane properties around Wake County. If you can suggest how I can find the LCN I'll be glad to help. DM me.

Thanks for the offer. I’m not sure how it all works. I get TG 32 on my SDS100 and I only get partial radio traffic.
Issued this past week, a new DMR license grant for American Snuff Company in Winston-Salem. Radios will be used for normal manufacturing communications.
Out by RDU airport today and picked up a couple DMR hits in the fed band.
406.5375 CC 1 TG 2 Couldn't tell if this was maintenance or cleaning crew, mentioned being by crane and needing something for womens bathroom.
409.225 Did not give TG or CC, no voice heard just keyups for 10-30 seconds and silence on freq, my scanner indicated CC -- but listed it as DMR.

Again heard this frequency in the Brier Creek area, determined it to be a USPS Sorting facility with talk of mail sorter jamming and mechanic needed at line 70. Still using CC 1 Slot 2 TG 2

Can DMR frequencies be downloaded from Radio Reference like other frequency....is you have DMR service?
If they are in the database, and your scanner is capable of handling DMR, they can be downloaded.
