Wrong. We were discussing Uniden's previous bug where Cap Max Systems wouldn't show up in Sentinel. This was not a RR Database issue; it was a uniden/sentinel issue, which was fixed. Do some research about the topic before posting.
Why? The first two posts did nothing to distinguish one from the other. Perhaps more clear and complete statements would be useful in guiding people to the actual topic of conversation, especially if it is a continuation of a whole different thread.

Enough with the back and forth. If you can add to the OP's discovery of Sentinel now supporting CapMax systems, please post. Otherwise, keep it to yourself.

Just so everyone is aware, the OP specifically specified DMR TIII CapMax which is Motorola's proprietary take on TIII. A CapMax system appears in the database like this:

A system from any other vendor will show up in the database as this:

Up until recently, Sentinel would not download CapMax systems from the RR database. I suspect the firmware update of March 20th, 2025 probably had something to do with it.

Well you did not answer the question. What is the difference I am trying to learn.
I have been told by the dealer that this was was a T3 Capacity Max System
Sites 5
Slots 6
Control Chanel Data Constant
1000 users County Wide

CAPMAX is Motorola proprietary. It's TIII non-standard. And in the database it would be listed as:

DMR Tier 3 Capacity Max

The database lists Carroll Co Public Safety as:

DMR Tier 3 Standard

If the system truly is a CAPMAX system, and IF this has been verified by software that recognizes such, then a submission should be made to update the Carroll Co Public Safety system to reflect DMR Tier 3 Capacity Max.

Yes and no. Also, don't forget about DMR T3 Non-Standard systems that will show up in the database, like OneVoice MAX. This is a Selex system, but any other manufacturer besides Motorola could be a No-Standard system, too.

DMR T3 Standard is typically just a Hytera system like Marcus HDN, East Mtn Communications or this JetBlue System. DMR T3 can also be tait systems like eversource or NYCOMCO T3, or any other manufacturer.

A good way to tell the difference is that DMR T3 Non-Standard uses DEC sites similar to Cap MAX, while DMR Standard uses "area.site" as site numbers.

DMR is a weird animal, and there are more system types and manufacturers that make them all operate differently than some realize. But that's what just makes it all the more fun.
