DMR Upgrade for Uniden BCD3252P2

Hello all. I have a Uniden BCD3252P2 for which I want to purchase a DMR upgrade. I have registered the radio on the Uniden website. I can go into the DMR upgrade section on the Uniden site and enter the entire ESN. However, my radio shows the checksum to be 000. Uniden says that's wrong. I am at a loss. Can anybody help? Thank you.
