DOD 14c MCB Quantico Frequencies?

I see MCB Quantico has several talkgroups in DOD 14c but there are no frequencies for any sites near there. Does anyone happen to know what frequencies that the site at Quantico uses?

The system 00A only has 4 talkgroups whereas 14c had a whole list. Do those talkgroups not exist anymore?

If the system has a lot of encryption, it is difficult for a scanner hobbyist to identify all of the talkgroups and submit them to the database. And even if the talkgroups could be identified, that info isn't as helpful as it would be on a system that can be monitored.
