DSD + and a C2000 radio system?

Can DSD + decode a C2000 radio system in the Netherlands? I plan on traveling there and I wanted to try. Although I don't speak Dutch. :lol: But it would be neat to try. Any scanners capable of C2000?

I have no idea how to use it or if it works, but it looks promising. Might be worth looking at.
