Above screen grab is from latest FL 2.242 (as shown).

This one from 2.212. But it works for what I want it to do (discovering new signals)...

"No, you didn't. All you had to do was take DSD+ out of single receiver mode and put it in any other monitoring mode."

Thanks Mr. slicerwizard. I saw the message about single mode in 2.242. I will go thru the list of commands contained within. Then I should be able to use latest FL with all it's new features / bugfixes and not have to use earlier versions.

Is anyone having problems with DSD+ 2.242 and any antivirus programs attacking FMP24.exe specifically and anything else in the folder?
I have a few different named folders with my DSD stuff in them and for some reason windows defender is now attacking FMP24.exe it was my bitdefender anti virus that started attacking it but in it i was able to tell it to ignore it but not so far with windows defender? It started with XX42 upgrade? Looks like I need to find the last zip that has FMP and see if its clean or has issues? Just wondering if anyone has the same issue?
Thanks..

Question is WHY do virus scanners detect issues? Panda works fine for me and is free and has a good rating... Just saying.

I suspect detection / suspicion is due to the TCP/IP linking function?

Not sure what virus has to do with DSD+ and SDR# either?

No it has nothing at all to do with TCP linking. Your antivirus isn't running the program... it has no idea what it's supposed to do. What some AV don't like is the way the code is packed when it's compiled.

Had a play today and followed your instructions and guess what? It works with latest DSD+ FL.

Thanks slicerwizard ! Much appreciated. Take care out there all.

Go into windows defender turn it off if you have a vir checker ? Or go into windows defender and tell it ware FMP24.exe is and tell it to allow that program!

Just run DSD+ and use the menu...
I got it: "DSD+ single receiver mode requires TCP linking to FMPA/FMPP/FMP24"
All that I understood about fixing the problem - I need to write somewhere "-rp". Where?
I wrote this here:
erfewrwefwe.PNG

And got even more problems. So where exactly and what needs to be changed?

This will literally only help with this program iteration & checksum. Common practice that is widely suggested on this board is to whitelist the entire folder to prevent subsequent updates from flagging the new versions as they appear.

Well, you don't say what these more problems are, and I've never used that plugin, so I can't help you.

Why do you need the plugin? All DSD+ settings can be adjusted via the DSD+ menus.
