have you tried using FMP in the manner that the coders of DSD+ recommended?
virtual audio cables and SDR# is a kludge and causes confusion.

You don't need to 'see the signals' as much as you think you need to...

the FMP CC works with me sdr dongle, no problem ,but here im using the sdr# server browser to listen to other person's sdr stick, so thats why i want to get the audio coming from sdr# to feed it into dsd+ unless there a way to do it with FMP that im not aware of, all help is appreciated :)

FMP24 allows you to make the connection to DSD+ over TCP.

This means that it does not have to be on the same computer as the DSD+ instance.

When in doubt, I delete it all and restart. I know, it's a pain but sometimes that's all it takes and wipes out the learning curve errors don't in setup.

But, sounds like you're going about it the hard way.
First, make sure you have the latest version of DSD+
Open SDR#.
In Audio, make sure it's set to VB cable.
Open DSDPlus.exe
Under Control, make sure you're set to Passive.
Under Output, set where you want to listen.
Under Input, set Cable Output (VB-Audio)

i been doing it this way for couple of years, never had issues like this

yup i alredy set it to my vb cables
First, make sure you have the latest version of DSD+
when it downloads the new version it always says it cannot download the dsdplus.zip file. even with my anti-virus turned off
Open DSDPlus.exe
Under Control, make sure you're set to Passive.
Under Output, set where you want to listen.
Under Input, set Cable Output (VB-Audio)
every time when i open my dsdplus.exe, im always getting this error
my last resort is gonig into my google cloud backup and restore from backup to re-install dsdplus

See which program is the issue...
Run FMPx and DSDPlus to verify that DSDPlus works fine. While it is running, try the update via the menu. If that refuses, it is probably an antivirus or privacy setting. Windows is usually pretty good saying what is happening or what went wrong.

Try SDR# with the speakers and an analog output into the computer's speakers to test SDR# by itself.

Then, if that is fine, try uninstalling and reinstalling VB cable

Then try them all together.

That is odd.
Now, I'm not suggesting it is the issue but for another completely unrelated, I had to move out of the OneDrive. Seems as though it might be more locked down within windows.

Might be worth a shot to copy your sdrsharp folder out of OneDrive and try off your local drive.

This has happened to my DSD+ install a few times. Usually closing the app & extracting the contents of the zip file from the latest update (I keep it in my DSD+ root directory for this exact purpose) resolves the issue for me if not resolved after reboot

run dsdplus.exe ,
control select passive digital monitor
input - select your sdr# output cable
output - select your output

you will want to uncheck listen in sound manager for your sdr# output
