There are alot of ways you can do this, by developing your own softwares and design own hardwares.

i send selective part of IQ towards DSD.

DSD/DSD+ don't run off I/Q signals. They need NFM demodulated audio. Clearly, the audio you're sending is terrible/corrupted.

what if i enable alll the protocols? instead of enable just one protocol?

DSDPlus will decide which protocol is in use and decode that, but it is error prone and you will get false hits on other modes occasionally.

You can improve decoding on a system if you know the protocol and then set DSD to only decode that protocol.

I've some of recordings which are being recorded by RLT SDR. so you can tell me according to it. because currently my Software is also in Testing Phase which I've developed in Python. everything is ready and working except, real time spectrum analysis, i am trying to make it but unable to do. i'm getting data by Labview software via IP+Port, basically the data is Complex iQ, now i want to make a real time spectrum in python after that i'll perform settings on it and pass to DSD.

little complicated, i don't have sdr dongle

Labview is tcp/ip software.

Sdr++ requires a sdr dongle.

If your using recordings, that someone else used hardware and software to receive and record, what is the significance of real time spectrum analysis?
