Great program, love it. Question how can one clear out gps points in LRRP? Is there a way to only show activity to the last xx minutes, say 15 minutes?

Hi.

1.51 starts on Elementary OS /w wine. I don't know if it's decoding any data. I've to check it.



I connected cable to audio in and put my fingers on the plug. So you can see some signal in source audio window.

Update on this? I have Ubuntu loaded I may try it with.

Fixes for IDAS issues require raw audio samples. To date, very few IDAS samples have been uploaded.

I can provide whatever you need. If you have any special requests then let me know. These are via DSD+:

Clean voice with no beacons. Valid free channels are 4, 10 & 20.

IDAS decoding has been upgraded, but the standards documents are not clear on the meaning of special ID 2043.

You can edit the DSDPlus.LRRP file to remove unwanted entries. A third party could write a program to automate this.

IDAS decoding has been upgraded, but the standards documents are not clear on the meaning of special ID 2043.

I don't recall seeing it so if it's at a lower level that's not shown I can't help you as I don't have any kind of raw data dumping software.


Totally unrelated feature requests:
-- The ability to disable voice decoding based on a TG (or a range via regex?) of a system. I get a lot of chatty spanish speaking people around me.
-- When decoding IDAS to send decoded audio to a specific audio channel rather than mono. I setup IDAS systems to scan in SDR# so this makes figuring out which TG goes with which voice.
-- Following the audio topic, the ability to outright mute decoded voice. Sometimes I just want to analyze without muting everything else.

DVSI USB3000 vocoder support ?

While we are asking for feature enhancements, how about DSDPlus support the DVSI USB3000 P25 vocoder? Or allow a 3rd party programmer to interface? Eric was working with this USB device but not sure if the code is complete. One thing I remember is that the device performs interleaving so that would need to be turned off in DSDPlus when interfacing the USB-3000.

Thanks, monitoring the Nexedge trunk in my area is a pain when having to hear scrambled audio. Muting it would be the best.

Future enhancements

Is there any way to get DSD+ to pass over some talkgroups that I have found in a system, if you could get DSD+ to pass over them then it would be a lot easier finding unknown talkgroups, maybe have a plain text file with the talkgroups you want to pass over and DSD+ read the file and Passover any talkgroups in the file or something along those lines. don't know if it's even feasible.

Wouldn't you just do that in Unitrunker? DSD+ just decodes what UT feeds it, right?
