The other major E6B location is NAS Pax in Maryland. They tend to fly over my neck of the woods on final approach and never catch the good comms lolThe EAMs are transmitted on HF (frequency varies), simultaneously on 311.0 and 323.8 MHz (AM modulation), and 50 Bd/50Hz shift Baudot FSK RTTY on VLF (with 17.8 kHz, 22.7 kHz, and 27.2 kHz being the most often seen frequencies). The E-6B are based out of Tinker AFB in OK and travel nationwide in and out of other bases.
There's one more VLF frequency I've seen mentioned, but not confirmed, 31.7 khz. I've started keeping an eye on it for activity.
