Error Code 3-04

Error Code 3-04 probably a SD card error which is the second time in a few months.
I am using a SanDisk 16 GB.

What is 000B8657 0003 mean at the bottom of the screen.

I powered theTRX-1 scanner off and took the SD card out and back in and power the scanner on.

At the bottom of the screen is 00004340 0001

Error writing MicroSD card

Reinsert the MicroSD card to ensure it is fully inserted in locked in the MicroSD slot. If necessary, reformat the MicroSD card using the PC Application “Prepare SD Card for use” option. Replace the MicroSD card if the problem persists.
