We rolled out the latest version of the mobile forums which should resolve this issue. Let me know if you see any more problems.

Thanks,

New look is nice but agree with kma371...still broken as before.

Same thing happens a few times each day on my Andriod phone. I use a Samsung "Moment." I, too, have never bothered to mention anything, even though these error messages are irritating. P.S. It just happened to me when I looked at a post in the Aircraft thread. I got that big pink box at the top. By the way, this not only happens in random threads, but it has happened once or twice in entire forums.

Cool, thanks for staying on it. Just want to reiterate the new mobile forums look is a very nice improvement.

The developer released a fix to us today and I just pushed it out into production. Let me know if you continue to see the problem.

Thanks!

Still happening in the Ohio Breaking News / Sheriff Shot thread. I killed Safari, cleared history and cache, and even power cycled my iPod Touch.

First screenful is fine, but when I hit Next to go to Page 2...same error:

error on line 4 at column 6: Encoding error

ps - running ios 4.2.1

Same error, but different error line than before. Don't know if that makes a difference.

We've issued another fix... the problem that is causing the errors are special characters "such as MS Word type quotes", degree symbols etc.

On that page - did someone copy and paste any news articles or excerpts?

Also, please post the links to the threads that are causing problems so the developer can troubleshoot when you report a problem. Thanks!
