Still happening on the Ohio Sheriff Shot thread.

I've encountered this error on at least 4 or 5 other threads in the past half year, but the above thread is the only one I've bothered to keep track of.

Lindsay, I know you're still trying to work the bugs out, but I want you to know that I appreciate the recent upgrades to the mobile forums, like telling me the most recent responder to a thread. And how how many minutes/hours/days since the last response. I find this very helpful.

I think he's talking about the Ohio thread.

That was my guess too.

But LB had asked:

> On that page - did someone copy and paste any news articles or excerpts?

...except that no one in this thread contributed to the Ohio thread, so not sure we'd know the answer.

OK, a new thing just sprung up on RR Mobile. A guy named Thaddeus Clarke is now claiming the copyright, and this is accompanied by a sentence, words to the effect, that anyone can look at a Website by typing in the domain name. This repeats ad naseum. This is happening in this particular thread and when I also read a Private Message.

P.S. I'm now back on my desktop computer, so I can go into more detail. When I'm on my Android phone and select http://m.radioreference.com/forums/, here's what I get on the screen:

"e in the World with Internet access - can type your domain name into their Web browser and visit your Web site.."

This particular sentence repeats 20 times as I scroll down, before I finally reach the RR Mobile menu (i.e., Latest headlines, Forums, etc.) I can then scroll down past the menu where this sentence repeats twice more where I then get this:

Powered by
WiForums
version 4.0.8F
WiForums.net
Copyright 2010, Thaddeus Clarke Jr.

Finally the sentence about my domain name appears three times more before I reach the end of my scroll.

And as I mentioned before, when I select Latest Headlines, Forums, etc., the same repeated sentence appears. Same thing when I check my private messages.

So Lindsay, do you know this Thaddeus Clarke Jr. or is someone trying to attack the mobile version of RR?

Just another one. This time it wasn't while viewing an actual thread, but viewing the most recent posts.

Eek, I'm getting a whole bunch of symbols, words, ect..

Further:

<<<<<<<<<<<<<.mine e in the world with internet access - can type your domain name into their web browser and visit your website

This is what's above the gibberish..If I scroll down a whole bunch I can see parts of the forum.

this on my blackberry OS6

Anyone else seeing this?

Appreciate the effort in trying to fix this.

Doesn't appear last fix worked. These still have the error.
