This looks like a six site DMR TIII Capacity MAX system with sites from Fort Erie to Milton. I can usually monitor Milton or St. Catharines locations. I didn't detect any activity on other TAFL listed frequencies.

I doubt its the Connect Plus site in Perth County. You are far enough from it for the freq to have been reallocated.

It looks like you found a new system.

I did a quick R&D on it and came up with this. I will do some math and see if I can match the CC number to the matching frequencies.

I just stopped scanning all the Federal Wireless System, did not pick up anything on them all day. I put the frequencies into my 436 scanner as conventional and start picking up digital noise and talk groups.
