@buddrousa I am a huge supporter of law enforcement, The NYPD, and Police in general.... Always have been and always will be. I have many friends in law enforcement, My company provided communications equipment for police departments and public safety agencies. I will always support police departments, police officers, and their causes.
Officer safety is always a concern and is addressed in our efforts.

Corruption is the default across every level of government, straight to the top in DC. Regrettably, I have to agree about the current climate. The trend across government from local level to Federal is away from transparency. The conversion to "E" might even accelerate across the country.
However, that does not mean we should discourage those who are fighting back. If we gave up when things looked hopeless, we'd still be living under a king. Oh wait...
Anyway, let's get back to discussing NYPD encryption updates. (Just my 2 cents)

Maybe you should try to get one of your Federal Judges to block encryption they can block everything else.
The courts are one of the last checks on government power that we have, but I don't expect that to last either.
