Within a favorites list I have QK set for the department to D1 however D2 is what is actually imported as confirmed by sentinel and turning on the radio after import?

Where is the qk set to D1, and where is it being imported to that it shows as D2?
I have only the 01 quick key box selected in proscan, import it to the radio, turn on the radio and it says 02 is selected and 01 is not. When I download from the radio into sentinel, it confirms the issue.
What quick key? Fav QK, System QK Department/Site QK?
You mean write to the radio?
On the radio, what happens if you turn QK 2 off, and turn QK 1 on?
In Proscan, whats shown on the left side? Like this?
I can't duplicate the problem. On your display, is the D1 or D2 quick key shows enabled like in the 1st circle in this image?
Did you check the 01 box like in the 2nd circle?
If you read from the scanner, does the 01 box stay checked?
Perhaps provide a few screenshots to see if we're on the same page
I won’t be home until Saturday and will post screenshots once I am. It’s the system QK that’s acting up. When I turn off QkS2 and turn on QkS1 it works as intended.
It's been a while since I used Proscan to program my scanner as I am way behind with my counties updates. I do not recall if Proscan updates quick key status or not but that sounds like your issue. Because if you programmed it in the favorites list, and can activate it on the scanner, then Proscan sucessfully wrote to the scanner.

Also, are you saying that the System Quick Key Status is interfering with the Department Quick Key Status?
I misspoke in my OP it is the system key I’m having an issue with.
I am not importing with the 4th box checked. I am checking box 3 which I thought would import the quick keys selected in the favorites manager?
Thanks for the update. The 3rd option turns on the Favorites List Quick Keys Status which has nothing to do with SQKs,
{edit} still can't duplicate the problem. I wrote to the scanner then read from the scanner. We'll wait for your screenshots.

Ok I think that's the disconnect here. Not sure how it worked before but when I would write to the scanner using proscan before it seemed that the quick key status would import for systems, sites, and departments where now that doesnt seem to be the case for systems? I have attached screenshots.

I'm more confused now. Are we dealing with multiple problems? One problem at a time would make it easier to diagnose.
After you write to the scanner then do a read from the scanner, does the "System Quick Key Status" change from 01 to 02 ?
It changes when I read that neither are selected.
This seemed to have started when I moved the favorites list to a different order if that helps.

So if you import and have checked the box to turn on favorite list quick keys is that supposed to import the quick key status for systems and departments/sites as well?

You have to stop using import/export and use “read from scanner” or “write to scanner”. I can’t follow your conversation and I’m sure you are confusing others as well… or maybe not and it’s just me.
It looks like your Favorites list # 1 has 4 systems using the same quick key. County 800, City 700, Conventional and missing are all using System QK 1.
Your also speaking of a system but are focused on a system, with the dept/site quick keys being displayed.
While you can bind one quick key to multiple items, that's usually something advanced users do for certain situations. And in doing so with trunked systems, at least one site would need to be active on each system for each system to scan.
You could prepend the quick key for everything in the tags as it makes troubleshooting much easier.

Sounds like you know what I intended to say.
Correct that was intentional with the 4 systems to use the same quick key. I don’t want to use a system quick key but it’s what I needed to do for how I intend to run my scanner.
Again this seems to be an issue that began after I changed the order of my favorites lists. Before they were moved the quick keys I had selected in the status tabs were the quick keys that were enabled when I turned on my scanner after writing. However after the favorites were reordered or “moved” in pro scan and re written to the scanner the system quick key status does not to write to the scanner but the favorites and department/site quick keys do.
I turn on the scanner now and the favorites quick keys are enabled, system shows a * meaning it’s off, and as soon as I enter “1.1” and press enter to turn on the system quick key, the department/site quick keys are on that were selected from the status tab in pro scan.
