SDS100/SDS200: Favorite list quick key confusion

Hello all,

So I've managed to program my SDS100 with the 28 favorite lists I wanted as I had been doing with my 436 for a few years now. I've set my quick keys accordingly the same way I did with my 436 as well. The confusion lies in the fact that only some of the quick key programming has 'stuck'? All programming has been completed with the most current version of Sentinel software and the SDS firmware also updated as Upman had recommended. All of the same quick keys on my 436 operate as they should.
When I look at each favorite list using the 'Edit' function in Sentinel, the quick keys show programmed correctly.
What am i missing here? It almost seems as though the scanner has a mind of it's own.
Any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

If you have separate profiles for the 436 and SDS100 (and you should), service types and quick keys are separate between each scanner. Enabling aircraft in one scanner won't automatically enable it in the other.

Also check service types. When I upgraded firmware on the BCD536 it changed which service types where enabled and which where disabled.

Could you define what you mean by "stuck" ? describe what did you expect to see, and what do you actually see....

My first favorite list QK is '0', next is '1', '2' and so on through 28
The only quick keys that function when entering the QK # and selecting 'E' are as follows:
0 through 4, 8, 9 and 16
The others will not function when selected.
It doesn't even matter whether I set them through the scanner itself or the Sentinel software.

We have a winner!
I feel like a fool! I had them loaded but not selected to monitor. All were however, set to on in the profile.
I just went through and set them all to on in the scanner menu and then used the QK's to turn off the selected ones i wanted off sand they all work. Issue solved and I won't soon forget it.

Are they enabled? From the scanner menu, Set Scan Selection -> Select lists to monitor

If not, check the "Scan Selection" tab on the Profile editor in Sentinel.
