FBI On Fed LE Common in Raleigh NC

Appears FBI on FED LE Common P25 frequency 166.4625 with NAC $001 with RID of 30911xx. All comms so far have been encrypted. This frequency was active back in 2022 and as early as 2013, and with the help of other members, it was determined to be FBI.

DHS Common active in Raleigh NC

Hearing encrypted comms on 166.4625 DHS Common on P25 Conventional TG 1 NAC 001 RIDs of 3091xxx in the Raleigh NC area. Does this match ICE or other DHS agencies?

Back in the 70s, when I when I started with the USSS, 166.4625 was known as "Treasury Common" and all of the legacy Treasury law enforcement agencies had that channel available for simplex interoperability. It was later adopted by the Organized Crine Drug Enforcement Task Force as one of the OCDETF channels. The FBI called it D-3.

Some radios show as FED Common others as DHS Common, NAC was to be $001 but some forgot and transmit their primary NAC but are $FFE for RX - always makes it fun to try and ID without a RID - Good Catch for the OP on the RID
