I took a trip from FL to DE and happened upon a group of frequencies that I received from Holly Hill to around the Florance area. It sounded like it was trunked. All were P25 digital. I searched for a control channel but did not get any on the 162 - 174 fed band search. Is there a VHF federal trunked system in SC or was I picking up images on my PRO-197? If they were images, what were they images of if the state system is 800 MHz?
Here is what I found on the search (all had NAC 160) :
166.0000 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC (trunked)
165.4125 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC and north (USSS Q - but not USSS. Trunked...image?)
166.2250 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC and north (trunked)
167.2250 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC and north (trunked)
163.4125 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC and north (trunked)
165.2250 NAC 160 Holly Hill, SC and north (trunked...last found on search...no control channel found)
Thanks!
Phil
