It looks like they are currently testing this service. It's too soon to speculate if this will negatively effect our ability to monitor Colorado Springs Fire (or EMS and Police) in the future on the DTRS (i.e. should the city make the decision to move all coms from the DTRS to FirstNet etc.) What are you're thoughts?
