I just moved to the Waterloo, Iowa area and have a BC244CLT which I would like to program, but there doesn't appear to be a frequency chart available. Any input would be appreciated.

Moosestew, Waterloo and all of Black Hawk county are on the RACOM EDACS trunked
system. I don't think your scanner will trunk. Click on database then click on Iowa. When you click on Blawk Hawk county you will see all the freqs. needed. But not much to hear without a trunking scanner.

You will need to program in the RACOM system using the Ceder Rapids site. The TGIDs for Blackhawk are listed in the RACOM database http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=1006
The BC246T should trunk it just fine.
OOPS wrong scanner, nevermind
