Freescan log on

Cannot get Freescan to log on to radio reference to import .
It gives me an "error message " that states my user name or password is incorrect.
I can log directly on to radio reference with my user name and password. I don't know what is going on.

It may have something to do with the forced password change that took place. Try to log on to the database (not the forums). It should force you to change your password. I'm almost certain that the forums will force you to change your password too.
