Sort of. The database here on radioreference has mapping functions.
So does the FCC search pages.
This web site: FCCInfo - Now on Google Earth! has a Google Earth file that shows the FCC ASR database and broadcast stations.
What exactly do you want?

our radioreference.com database sure does, all you have to do is click on the fcc license callsign. it tells you the tower ID, antenna height, structure height, elevation, and address and maps it out for you on google maps on most of the frequencies.
